Teresa Giudice spoke directly about the speculation during her November 3 appearance on Jennifer Aydin’s new podcast, “TV Gold with Jennifer Aydin.” When asked about recent online reports that she and Louie were heading for divorce, the RHONJ star made her stance clear.

“I saw something that said, ‘Louie and I are getting divorced,’” Giudice said. “That’s a no. So no, we’re not. Fake news. Absolutely not.”

Giudice, who married Ruelas in August 2022 in a lavish New Jersey ceremony filmed for Bravo, has faced persistent rumors about her marriage since the start. But her latest comments show that the couple is continuing to focus on their love and family, not online gossip.

Teresa and Louie have been open about their relationship since tying the knot. On the October 9 episode of the podcast “I Do Part 2,” Giudice shared that Ruelas’ romantic side has been a refreshing change from her previous marriage to Joe Giudice.

“I love showing love,” she said. “We’re both very affectionate. My first husband wasn’t, and I was always the affectionate one. And then I’m like, ‘I found my person.’ He’s so romantic—he writes me poems, we give each other cards all the time.”

Ruelas also returned the praise days later on the October 11 episode of the same podcast. “Teresa’s strong. She’s a badass,” he said. “Teresa’s been to prison and came back, like, a bigger badass than she already was. Teresa’s very strong physically, emotionally, and all her girls are like that.”

Giudice also praised her husband’s relationship with her four daughters—Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana—in an emotional Instagram post celebrating their anniversary. “I just want to tell you how amazing you are in every which way,” she wrote. “From being an amazing husband to being the best stepdad ever. Thank you for always being my rock through it all and for always having my back.”
