Gia Giudice is wakin’ up a partner in a brand new business venture!

On January 15, the Next Gen NYC star shared the exciting news that she’s officially opening a restaurant in New Jersey.

“I’m so proud to share that I’m partnering with our amazing friend Maria to open your new favorite restaurant in Jersey,” Gia captioned a series of construction photos from the future space.

Opening a restaurant has been a longtime dream for her family, making this moment all the more personal. 

“This venture means everything to me — not just as a business, but as a way to continue and honor my mom’s legacy of cooking, family, and bringing people together around the table.”

The restaurant is set to open this spring in Westwood, New Jersey.

“We’re so excited to open in the town of Westwood and create an unforgettable experience for this amazing community,” Gia added.

But that’s not all! 

Gia teased there’s “more to come” and even tagged production company Big Fish USA, the team behind Black Ink Crew, Live PD, 

Tattoo Girls, Hustle & Soul, and more.

Perhaps this means a spinoff is in the pipeline?

Hopefully we’ll see more of Gia’s journey to this decision on the upcoming season of 

Next Gen NYC.
