    Robert Cosby Jr. was charged with domestic violence and had a warrant out for his arrest in the weeks leading to his tragic death.

    The 23-year-old had a warrant out for his arrest, TMZ reported Thursday. Bravo

    He was charged with felony aggravated assault and felony assault on Feb. 5 Instagram/illboybubs

    The alleged victim reported Robert on Nov. 23, accusing him of getting violent after she threw his drugs in the toilet in May.

    The unidentified victim claimed that he “beat her about the face and head, and kicked her in the stomach.” Instagram/mary_m_cosby

    The unidentified victim also showed officers her injuries.

    Robert tragically died on Monday. Bravo
